一、使用对象与监护责任
账号由成年人持有和管理，儿童不创建独立账号。家庭使用中，成人可按当前功能建立一个儿童档案。不满14周岁儿童的个人信息属于敏感个人信息，处理须依法取得监护人同意。监护人应使用符合年龄的内容、合理安排使用时间，管理购买和对外分享；不将虚拟奖励、AI内容或专注记录视为对儿童能力、健康或行为的专业评价。
二、必要信息、目的与保存
儿童档案仅要求昵称和未成年人标记，不要求真实姓名、精确生日、学校、住址、证件或联系方式。与档案关联的目标、专注记录、奖励、伙伴、房间和互动数据用于实现家庭记录与反馈，不用于广告画像、跨App追踪或公开排行榜。请使用不直接识别儿童身份的昵称，不在目标标题或自由文本中填入无关隐私。
数据在账号及相关功能所需期间保存；监护人可依法请求更正、复制、删除或撤回同意，注销账号清理关联数据。依法必须保留的最小记录限制访问并在期限届满后清理。不会因监护人撤回儿童信息同意而限制其他无关成人服务；无法脱离必要档案数据提供的功能可能停止。
三、图片、声音与AI
宠物AI制作不需要儿童人脸、声音、真实身份或儿童生活视频。请勿上传这些内容；拍摄宠物时避开儿童、家庭住址及其他私人信息。若素材无意包含儿童信息，应先裁剪、遮挡或改用其他素材。AI媒体处理需单独说明接收方、目的、地区和保存期限，并取得必要同意；监护人对儿童档案的同意不等于概括授权AI外传、声音克隆或境外处理。
我们不出售儿童信息，不将其用于我们自主模型训练或营销。仅向提供所请求服务所必需的受托方提供最少必要信息，并依法约束处理范围；需要改变目的、独立提供或向境外提供时，依法另行告知并取得所需授权，未满足法定条件不得处理。
四、监护管理与安全
请由成年人操作订阅、隐私、账号安全、外部链接与注销，并使用设备自带的家长控制、购买确认和屏幕使用时间等能力。App提供的安全PIN及身份校验用于相关操作的安全保护；不应将PIN或任何产品提示理解为替代现实监护或系统家长控制的绝对保证。我们采取访问控制、加密传输等合理措施，发生安全事件依法补救及通知。
五、监护人请求与更新
如发现未取得有效监护同意而处理儿童信息，或您并非相关儿童的合法监护人，请停止提交并联系3176167989@qq.com。我们会在必要核验后删除或作其他依法处理，不索取无关证明。监护人可通过该邮箱请求查阅、复制、更正、删除、撤回及解释，也可在App内发起账号注销。
原则上在收到并核实请求后15个工作日内回复处理情况，法律有更严格要求时从其规定；必要核验以保护儿童及防止冒领为限。重要处理变化将显著通知监护人，并在依法需要时重新取得同意，不以儿童的沉默或单独操作代替监护人同意。
Children's Privacy
Version and effective date: October 15, 2026. Individual operator/child-data contact: HuDeYao (胡德耀), 3176167989@qq.com. This supplements Privacy. Guardians should read necessity, purposes and rights before consent. The Chinese text prevails in case of differences, subject to mandatory law.
1. Guardians
Adults hold/manage accounts; children have no independent accounts. Currently one child profile is available per adult account. Under-14 information is sensitive and needs lawful guardian consent. Guardians choose appropriate content, manage time/purchases/sharing, and must not treat rewards, AI or focus records as professional assessment of ability, health or behavior.
2. Data
Profiles require nickname/minor flag, not real name, exact birthday, school, address, ID or contacts. Goals/focus/rewards/companions/rooms/interactions support requested family features, not advertising profiles, cross-app tracking or public rankings. Use non-identifying nicknames and avoid unrelated private text. Keep only necessary account/feature periods. Guardians may request correction, copies, deletion/withdrawal; account deletion cleans linked data. Minimum legally retained records are restricted then cleaned. Withdrawal may stop dependent child features, not unrelated adult services.
3. Media and AI
Pet AI needs no child face, voice, identity or life video. Remove incidental children, addresses and privacy, or choose other media. AI needs separate recipient/purpose/region/retention notice and consent; child-profile consent is not blanket external AI, cloning or overseas permission. We do not sell child data or use it for our own training/marketing. Only minimum necessary data goes to constrained providers; changed purposes, independent disclosure/export need applicable notice, authorization and legal conditions first.
4. Safety
Adults should operate subscriptions, privacy, security, external links/deletion and use device parental controls, purchase confirmation and screen-time settings. PINs/verification support safety but never replace real supervision or system controls. Reasonable access/transport safeguards and lawful incident remedies/notices apply.
5. Requests and updates
If information was processed without valid guardian consent or you are not the lawful guardian, stop submissions and contact us for proportionate verification/deletion or lawful handling, without unrelated proof. Guardians may request access/copies/correction/deletion/withdrawal/explanation by email or account deletion in-app. We normally reply within 15 working days after receipt/verification, following stricter law. Material changes require prominent guardian notice/renewed consent as required, not a child's silence or action alone.
